POP worked with Stellar Manufacturing to launch a site that would showcase both their state of the art services and facilities. The services provided by POP included: project planning and management, technical requirements specification, design and programming. In addition, after the launch of the redesigned site Stellar Manufacturing engaged POP to work with them on additional projects, including SEO and a client Extranet.

Stellar Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer specializing in solid particle processing of difficult to manage chemicals. Their services include processing, forming and packaging chemicals for use in a variety of applications by many of the Fortune 500 companies in the United States.
